If I had to describe myself in a few words, it really would be the girl next door. It just sums me up perfectly. I’m the girl you would see out on the lawn playing with her dogs, accidentally ruining friendships with the super-soaker, and falling on her butt trying to do cartwheels and handstands and such. And maybe, if the garage door was open, you would also catch her lifting weights or getting filthy working on that old car that she loves so much.

Continuing with the girl next door theme, I would describe my image as a natural and effortless beauty. I think my personality reflects this as well. I consider myself an easy going, optimistic, social, and caring creature. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I also have an inquisitive mind and enjoy learning new things, especially how things work and how they came to be. Since the start of lock-down, I found myself learning a lot of new skills from fixing electronics to re-taping drywall. I love working with my hands and getting them dirty. I also have an adventurous spirit and enjoy trying new things, from fun activities to unusual cuisines. I’ve grown to appreciate all this world has to offer, from the beautiful to the bizarre.

I know it sounds cliche, but I really love to laugh. I enjoy going to comedy shows and I’m never afraid to be the butt of any joke. I’ve learned to let go and embrace the embarrassment because life is too short to be taken so seriously.

All this being said, I still have my shy moments. I’ve been working to push through them and I hope to eliminate them altogether someday. I no longer want to let them stop me from enjoying life and creating unforgettable experiences. If I have a shy moment then please bear with me and know that I am thrilled to be in your company!
